Refined Georgian restaurant chain attracting a moneyed clientele. The Yugo-Zapadnaya restaurant has cozy dining halls. Shabolovka has off-putting doormen and stuffy but attentive service. The interior is opulent but traditional, with lots of brass and carved wood. Extensive menu; high prices but excellent quality. Georgian specialties off the open grill will melt in your mouth, superb selection of Georgian wines.
