Buffet, as the name might suggest, was originally conceived as a sandwich bar with lots of canapes and a DJ. But head chef Anatoly Ulyanov, who prior to coming to Buffet worked at Petrov-Vodkin (a restaurant for oligarchs, as he put it), now serves up a mix of traditional French and European dishes and as well as some creations of his own.
